We answer every message, usually within two working days.
Write to ovemora.support@gmail.com. A person reads it. There is no ticket number and no chatbot in between.
What to put in the message
Anything is fine, but these four lines get you an answer in one reply instead of three:
- What you typed. The exact keys —
12' 4-1/2" + 3' 9-3/4"— not a description of it. - What came back, and what you expected instead.
- Your settings for precision and units, if the answer looked rounded wrong. Settings › Measurement shows both.
- iPhone or iPad model and iOS version. Settings › General › About on your device.
Before you write
- A purchase did not restore. Settings › Restore purchases, signed into the same Apple Account that bought it. TrueRule Pro is a one-time purchase, so it restores on every device on that account.
- A refund is Apple's to give, not ours — reportaproblem.apple.com.
- An answer says two measurements cannot be combined. That is the calculator refusing to add a length to an area. Check the units on each number in the line.
