Apple's standard licence agreement
TrueRule is licensed under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, the same terms that cover most apps on the App Store. We have not written our own, on purpose: a bespoke contract for a calculator that collects nothing would be more to read and no better for you.
The short version
- You buy a licence to use the app, once, on the devices signed in to your Apple Account. It does not renew and it does not expire.
- Apple handles the payment and the refund. We never see your card.
- The app is a tool, not an engineer. Building code figures in it follow the IRC and are a reference, not a ruling. Always check against the code you are inspected under, and check a cut before you make it.
